Little Birds in Tea Cups
Well, I thought, that’s a perfect note to open this new blog with. Perhaps I’ll whip up two or three and the post them. But the first was so adorable, I just had to share. There’s plenty of time for sewing later! This little tweeter is in the 4×4 size format which I’m really starting to like because it’s small enough to be used as a regular patch, but also a standard framing size. It’s great to see my artworks used in everyday ways; it’s also very gratifying to see it on a wall!
So, if one were to visit my shop, Mukibubb Folklore Boutique, one would find many more examples of my appliqué work. One would also find a good deal at my Flickr. Perhaps this is an inglorious beginning, but do check back, I promise to be more chatty, I’ve just really got the jones to sew some more little birds!
